Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

ThumbBlox lets users generate and refine original game-thumbnail images with AI. ThumbBlox is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Request content that violates another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Present ThumbBlox or generated content as official material from Roblox Corporation or another platform owner.
• Submit any prompt, reference image, or request that falls under Prohibited Content below.

Prohibited Content

ThumbBlox is a strictly safe-for-work service. You may not use it to generate, upload, request, store, or distribute:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including nudity, partial nudity, lingerie or swimwear presented in a sexualized manner, sexual acts, fetish material, suggestive or erotic imagery, and sexualized depictions of real or fictional characters.
• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a person who is or appears to be under 18. We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content, and any depiction of a real, identifiable person created or altered without their consent.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content that promotes or glorifies harm to people or animals.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content, including content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
• Illegal content, including content promoting illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, terrorism, or other criminal activity.
• Deceptive content, including impersonation, fraud, scams, disinformation, or material misrepresenting an affiliation with any brand, platform, or organization.

This list describes categories, not an exhaustive enumeration. We may block or remove any content we reasonably believe falls within its spirit. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out these rules in full, including how prompts are screened and how violations are enforced, and forms part of these Terms.

Content Moderation

Every generation prompt you submit is automatically screened by a third-party content moderation service before it reaches an AI model. Prompts that our moderation provider denies or flags are rejected and no image is generated; no credits are charged for a rejected prompt. We may additionally review generated images and account activity for policy violations.

We do not permit any attempt to bypass, jailbreak, obfuscate, or otherwise circumvent this moderation — including through coded language, misspellings, prompt-injection techniques, or splitting a prohibited request across multiple generations.

Enforcement

Violating the Acceptable Use or Prohibited Content sections may result, at our discretion and without refund, in blocking the request, removing content, limiting features, suspending or permanently terminating your account, and reporting the activity to law enforcement or the relevant platform where required by law.

AI-Generated Content

AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing every generated image before publishing it and for confirming that your prompt, reference material, and use of the output comply with applicable law and platform rules. We do not guarantee that an output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

Public and Private Creations

Each generation has a visibility setting shown beside the Generate button.

• A creation made without active paid access is a Free Creation. Free Creations are public and may be displayed in the Community Gallery with the original prompt and basic generation settings.
• A creator with active, unexpired purchased credits has Paid Access. Paid creations default to private, and the creator may choose to make an individual creation public.
• Existing creations made before this feature launched remain private unless explicitly designated public.

Public Gallery entries do not display account names, email addresses, payment information, or uploaded reference images. By making or keeping a creation public, you grant ThumbBlox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, and display the generated image, prompt, and basic generation settings for operating and promoting the Community Gallery and the service. You may request removal by contacting support.

Do not submit personal, confidential, or third-party private information in a prompt marked public.

Payment and Billing

Current paid options are one-time credit packs processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Creem, or PayPal. They do not renew automatically and do not create a new subscription. Purchased credits expire 365 days after the successful purchase unless the checkout page expressly states a different period. Generation cost depends on resolution: 1K uses 10 credits, 2K uses 40 credits, and 4K uses 60 credits.

Legacy subscriptions purchased before the move to credit packs may continue through their existing paid period and can still be managed or cancelled from Billing. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Commercial-Use License

Free Creations are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. They do not include a commercial-use license.

For an output generated while your account has Paid Access, and only to the extent ThumbBlox owns or is legally able to grant rights in that output, ThumbBlox grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that output for personal and commercial purposes. This license does not grant rights in trademarks, copyrighted characters, uploaded reference materials, a person's likeness, or any other third-party material. You remain responsible for obtaining all necessary third-party rights and for complying with applicable law and platform rules.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain any rights you already hold in prompts and reference materials you submit. Except for the public-display license above and the limited rights needed to operate the service, we do not claim ownership of your inputs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong. Before filing any claim, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly through support.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
