Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may create, upload, request, store, or distribute with ThumbBlox. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every account, prompt, reference image, and generated output. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the service.

ThumbBlox is a strictly safe-for-work tool for making original game-thumbnail images. It is not a general-purpose image generator, and it is not intended for adult, realistic-person, or photorealistic imagery of any kind.

Prohibited Content

You may not use ThumbBlox to generate, upload, request, store, or distribute:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including nudity, partial nudity, lingerie or swimwear presented in a sexualized manner, sexual acts, fetish material, suggestive or erotic imagery, and sexualized depictions of real or fictional characters.
• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a person who is or appears to be under 18. We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content, and any depiction of a real, identifiable person created or altered without their consent.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content that promotes or glorifies harm to people or animals.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content, including content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
• Illegal content, including content promoting illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, terrorism, or other criminal activity.
• Deceptive content, including impersonation, fraud, scams, disinformation, or material misrepresenting an affiliation with any brand, platform, or organization.
• Infringing content, including material that violates another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and content presented as official material from Roblox Corporation or another platform owner.

This list describes categories, not an exhaustive enumeration. We may block or remove any content we reasonably believe falls within its spirit.

Prohibited Conduct

You also may not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the service's generation capability to third parties in a way that lets them bypass the checks described below.

Content Moderation

Every generation prompt you submit is automatically screened by a third-party content moderation service before it reaches an AI model. Screening happens before the request is queued, before any credits are charged, and before any image is generated. Prompts that our moderation provider denies or flags are rejected, no image is produced, and no credits are consumed. We may additionally review generated images and account activity for policy violations.

The screening is mandatory and cannot be opted out of while using the generator. If screening cannot be completed — for example, the moderation service is unreachable — the generation request is refused rather than allowed through unscreened.

We do not permit any attempt to bypass, jailbreak, obfuscate, or otherwise circumvent this moderation, including through coded language, deliberate misspellings, prompt-injection techniques, or splitting a prohibited request across multiple generations. Attempting to do so is itself a violation of this policy, independent of whether the attempt succeeds.

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result, at our discretion and without refund, in:

• Blocking the individual request.
• Removing the generated content.
• Limiting or disabling features on your account.
• Suspending or permanently terminating your account.
• Reporting the activity to law enforcement or the relevant platform where required by law.

We apply enforcement proportionately, but content involving minors, non-consensual sexual imagery, or credible threats of harm results in immediate termination and, where applicable, a report to the authorities.

Reporting a Violation

If you encounter content generated with ThumbBlox that violates this policy, report it to support@thumbblox.com with the relevant details (URL, image, and any context). We review reports promptly and act on confirmed violations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our service, applicable law, or our providers' requirements change. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced through the service.
